SubNexa Digital Solutions Private Limited ("SubNexa Trust", "we") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through the SubNexa Trust app and website, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Personal data we process

Name and email; the subscriptions, mandates, amounts, dates and budget you enter; reminder preferences; and device and log data (device type, app version, IP address) for security. We do not collect card numbers, UPI IDs, UPI PINs, bank credentials, SMS or contacts.

Purpose and consent

We process your data only to provide the app, send reminders you enable, respond to requests and keep the service secure, on the basis of the consent you give at sign-up. You may withdraw consent at any time; this stops further processing and closes your account.

Sharing

With processors that host data and send emails and notifications on our behalf under contract, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, completion or erasure of your data, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and seek grievance redressal. Write to privacy@subnexa.lifestyle. If unsatisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Retention & security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, kept while your account is active and erased within 30 days of deletion unless law requires longer.

Our website uses essential cookies and analytics and advertising pixels, including from Snap Inc., to measure how visitors find us. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.

Children

SubNexa Trust is for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly process children's data.

Terms of Use

1. The service

SubNexa Trust is a free tool to track subscriptions and recurring payments, including UPI AutoPay mandates you record yourself. SubNexa Trust is not a bank, NBFC, payment aggregator or payment system operator, does not process payments, and does not create, modify or revoke mandates.

2. Free of charge

The app is free. If optional paid features are ever introduced, we will inform you in advance and nothing will be charged without your explicit consent.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. Information

Reminders rely on the details you enter. Merchants may change prices or dates; always confirm with the merchant or your bank.

5. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SubNexa Trust is not liable for debits made by third parties or decisions made using the app.

6. Governing law

Laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

Grievance Redressal

For any complaint about the service or your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@subnexa.lifestyle or by post at the address below. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
